I myself fail to exhibit these symptoms after consuming Celtic Sea Salt for years in my late teens, early twenties and again, more recently for the past few years.  Do note I'm consuming it with large amounts of purified (distilled or RO) water in addition to whatever of the salt I may add to my food.  This is something I first practiced after reading a couple of Dr. Batmanghelidj's books.  Currently, Darko Velcek advocates such practice along a diet of raw animal products.  His YouTube channel, his blog.

In my own journey, I've experienced healing from issues arising from my years as a vegan by reintroducing "plasma water," as Darko calls it, alongside a diet based on raw animal products.  While I was strict on the diet for about seven months, I subsequently became more lax on it.  Yet, I maintain the practice of mixing sea salt into all the water I consume.  "Plasma water" is basically around one teaspoon of fresh sea salt, such as the Celtic brand, in a quart/liter of purified water.  The amount of salt can be more or less than a teaspoon, as one may be inclined.  Food is liberally salted to taste, as well.
Others who have serious health issues have also experienced healing while using this brand or other fresh sea salt products.  Fresh sea salt?  The primary noted aspect is the salt attracts moisture due to the presence of magnesium.

Jacobson cost is 7x the Celtic brand.  Their processing also seems to deplete the salt of its magnesium content as the resulting product seems dry and flakey, but this is only perceived through visual observation of the videos and photos available so I could be mistaken.

Within the last couple years a video of Barbara O'Neill went viral advocating the use of Celtic sea salt.  This led to a high demand and supply shortage that sent the pricing on Amazon of a 5lb bag over $60.  At that time I tried San Francisco brand French Grey as it was priced considerably less.  However, I noticed much more debris and residue in the product.  Once the price of Celtic brand came back down, I switched back to it as I had observed it to have better quality control.

Hey Jay, thanks for all your research on this issue.  I question whether the timing of this plasma catastraphe is itself a natural phenomenon or if it can be mitigated or avoided entirely.  Mary Hardy's YT channel speaks of the Holy Grail Vortex prayer/visualization and how pyramids share this effect of balancing energies.  The energy of earth can be maintained in balance and the related events of destructive weather and unusual occurrences would not be witnessed.
The Great Pyramid's effective structure has been compromised.  One of her vids talks about a cavity being drained of sand necessary for the pyramid's higher function.  Additionally, there were many giant mounds here in the U.S. built by ancient natives that have been torn down.  In examination, they were layered of organic and inorganic material.  Sounds like orgonite!  Remember, cities, temples and structures of such size have electromagnetic impact, purpose and influence.

Wouldn't it be beautiful if humanity could forego a plasma catastrophe and enter a new era of abundant prosperity and serenity?  Of course, there is much  more for me to learn about surviving and thriving through a possible plasma catastrophe, but if its avoidance is at all possible, I'd wish to be a proponent of a supremely favorable alternative.  However, perhaps this time around the forces for beneficial prosperity have been too lax and weak in their effort or too badly beaten by malicious element, necessitating a cleanse.  Perhaps all there is to do is to prepare to survive.  David Wilcock has also spoken of malicious controllers wishing to effect a large calamity to die horribly and cleanse themselves of massive bad karma.  The "Cremation of Care" ritual can make a bit more sense if "ruling elite" have larger over-arching plans they are seeking to fulfill through calculated "necessary evil/wickedness."

I wonder if this has anything to do with our being "overdue" for a plasma cataclysm according to the ocean floor's magnetic inversions.

There are many pyramids worldwide and they tend to share many features in common.  Like being aligned with magnetic north and also aligned with lines of volcanoes.  That would lead to the subject of geomancy and ley lines.  Indeed, monolithic structures are often made of high ormus stone, superluminal, superconductive elements.  Huge mounds were also constructed by ancients with layers of materials.

I don't know about cataclysm, but I do know gifting orgonite does help rebalance not only one's immediate vicinity, but impacts the greater area, too.

Marine Major General Smedley Butler's book, War is a Racket (1935), is based on a well received speech he toured with after World War I.  It examines the spurring forces behind war, who benefits and who suffers.  Some of his observations were prophetic of what was to come.

Shortly after I published the first edition of this book, I was invited to speak to a group of nuns at a convent. I had only printed 600 copies of the book and had assumed they would sit in my garage for the rest of my life because no one would be interested in the topic of composting “humanure.” Not long after, the Associated Press put the word out that I had written a book about crap. Then I got a phone call.
“Mr. Jenkins, we recently bought a copy of your book, Humanure, and we would like to have you speak at our convent.”
“What do you want me to talk about?”
“About the topic of your book.”
“Composting?”
“Yes, but specifically, humanure composting.” At this point I was at a loss for words. I couldn’t understand exactly why a group of nuns would be interested in composting human crap. Somehow, I couldn’t imagine standing in a room full of holy nuns, speaking about turds. But I kept the stammering to a minimum and accepted the invitation.
It was Earth Day, 1995. The presentation went well. After I spoke, the group showed slides of their gardens and compost piles, then we toured their compost area and poked around in the worm boxes. A delightful lunch followed, during which I asked them why they were interested in humanure, of all things.
“We are the Sisters of Humility,” they responded. “The words ‘humble’ and ‘humus’ come from the same semantic root, which means ‘earth.’ We also think these words are related to the word ‘human.’ Therefore, as part of our vow of humility, we work with the earth. We make compost, as you’ve seen. And now we want to learn how to make compost from our toilet material. We’re thinking about buying a commercial composting toilet, but we want to learn more about the overall concepts first.
That’s why we asked you to come here.” This was deep shit. Profound.
A light bulb went off in my head. Of course, composting is an act of humility. The people who care enough about the earth to recycle their personal by-products do so as an exercise in humility, not because they’re going to get rich and famous for it. That makes them better people. Some people go to church on Sunday, others make compost. Still others do both. Others go to church on Sunday, then throw all their garbage out into the environment. The exercising of the human spirit can take many forms, and the simple act of cleaning up after oneself is one of them. The careless dumping of waste out into the world is a self-centered act of arrogance — or ignorance.

Unarmed protests are a stupid idea

A friend in Taiwan just informed me of some issues going on with the university student body there and linked me to some English articles.

How often do we see the images of protestors being ravaged by the dogs of the elite/government?  Are the protestors asking for change or merely asking for a beating?  Why do governments push to disarm their populace?  Why are protestors met with police well-armed beyond what civilians have easy access to?

Why do populations support the very ones who dominate them through voting, taxes and obedience?

Do we really need governments and money?  Does a family in a forest resort to these devices?

The simple truth is there is no difference despite scale.  We have a planet of abundant resources.  It is knowledge that has to be withheld, obscured, classified and occulted for the control of the masses.  And those who are aware so often do not act to change matters.

Mark Passio's whatonearthishappening.com has been a source of great knowledge and very influential in my recent development.  Episode 143 clocks in at over 8 hours and features 134 slides.  Government, authority, sovereignty, religion, and popular new age teachings are the topics of this vitriolic, hard hitting presentation on what leads many into working against their own best interests.

A-Kon 24

  Volunteered on staff to come back to A-Kon after missing last year.  It was held at the Hilton-Anatole in Dallas.  Foreign art works abounded along with a large open area for jogging, three swimming pools and a fancy chandelier.
  I was kept quite busy with my volunteer duties.  Much due to spotty cell phone service, thus I had to deliver many messages in person rather than making a quick call or text.  All in all, still a fulfilling weekend, having got to see some people I don't often get to and having a part contributing to this event that so many have fun at.  It's great to see the attendees enjoying themselves. :)

 Attended the March Against Monsanto in my city as part of a worldwide event.  A good turnout developed, leading our group to divide into several segments as we were separated by traffic lights while making our way around downtown.

All went smoothly with no ill intent by any participants or observers, from what I witnessed.  I'm sure we had some effect on raising awareness in those venturing downtown to enjoy the sights and activities.

Movie Theater Experience

I rarely make it to the movie theaters, anymore, but when I do, it's usually because I want the big screen, stadium seating, thunderous sound experience.

That said, I really do wish they offered non-GMO popcorn without that stuff they put all over it.  There's a bagged brand of popcorn we've been getting called Angie's.  Very simple ingredient list, non-GMO, tastes great!  I like to pour some nutritional yeast over it. (Actually, I try to stay away from popcorn, being a raw vegan, but when I do...)

It would be great if the theaters offered this quality of snack foods.

I may just have to build my own theater.

You are strong enough to come this far...it all came from within you, and you will continue to reach from that powerful well of strength and love within you to press on forward. you will gain momentum as you apply yourself and your knowledge.  The outside world and everyone else around you will be of less influence as you stand firmly in your principles, your values, your love and strength.  For though it is possible for others to exert their own will upon your in violation of your own rights, at times, you can create safe ground in your thought, your emotions and press back outward, in time, your actions manipulating the world, your world, to your will, to your wishes.

The world will crumble around you and you will merely see it, knowing that just as you build your world, others have the right to build their own, even if it is to their destruction.

But you must not see your destiny in this end, you have come further than many, and there is yet further to go.
